We can provide flexible terms from a minimum of 12 months.
Our offices are provided without furniture, as we find that most businesses want to have their own furniture to suit their style and needs. We can however supply desks and other furnishings, at an additional cost.
Your rent includes buildings insurance and user charges. It may also include business rates depending on the size of office you rent.
We find some businesses use their own broadband providers, however if you require us to set up the service on your behalf we can at an additional cost.
We keep things simple and price by the number of desks per office. If you need on office for 1 or for 10 or more we can accommodate you.
The offices offer 24-hour access, seven days a week.
